NASHVILLE, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- Dolly Parton said her 1980 comedy, 9 to 5, which tells the story of three women who revolutionize their workplace, is still relevant today.
"It still speaks to what's going on today -- we have come a long way as women," Parton told ABC News Breakfast. "We've got Hillary Clinton almost in the White House, or could be. But the fact that she could be the first woman president, whether it's her or not, somewhere down the road there's going to be one. We've come far, but still have a long way to go. So I think that 9 to 5 is still just a fun thing for many reasons, and a good thing for many reasons."
