RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Comedian and Ghostbuster Leslie Jones is live-tweeting from the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio and fans and Olympians alike are eating it up.

Jones' enthusiastic tweets have caught the attention of the athletes themselves with volleyball star Kerri Walsh Jennings and swimmers Cierra Runge, Cody Miller, and Lilly King retweeting Jones.

Jones also posed for photos with gymnastics champs Simone Biles and Aly Raisman.

The Team USA pride is strong with actor Matthew McConaughey, too. Jones tweeted a video of the pair, captioned "best Olympics fans," while cheering on the athletes with a chant of "Team USA! Slay all day!"
