Burke who was only 9-years-old when JonBenet, a 6-year-old pageant queen was found dead inside her home in Boulder, Colo., the day after Christmas in 1996, is expected to discuss "what he knows about his sister's mysterious murder" for the very first time.

Burke and JonBenet's parents, John and Patsy Ramsey who were thrust into the public eye following the murder, were cleared of any wrongdoing after DNA evidence was presented in 2008. The case still remains unsolved and in February of 2015, an ex-Boulder police chief admitted that the initial investigation was mishandled.

Burke will appear on Dr. Phil starting on Monday, Sept. 12; Tuesday, Sept. 13 and Monday, September 19.
