'RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race' announces new rules in season two trailer

WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- The Logo network announced the second season of RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race, as well as a twist on the rules of the reality competition.

RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race's second season trailer revealed that contestants will vote to eliminate each other for the first time in the show's history.

The show, which pits a roster of drag queens selected from the eight seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race against each other in weekly lip sync competitions, will now allow each week's winner to eliminate the contestant of their choice.

RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race will simulcast on Logo and VH1 on Thursday nights starting Aug. 25. at 8 p.m.
