NEW YORK, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Legendary singer Tony Bennett celebrates his 90th birthday on Wednesday, and NBC is planning a televised celebration to honor him in December.

NBC celebrated Bennett's 80th birthday with a special that won seven Emmys.
