NEW YORK, July 8 (UPI) -- Nicky Hilton has welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with husband James Rothschild. Hilton gave birth to Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild Friday surrounded by family and weighing in at 7 and a half pounds according to Entertainment Tonight.

The fashion designer and socialite who first announced she was pregnant in January, has consistently updated fans about her pregnancy on social media most recently sharing a photo of herself preparing her daughter's nursery.
"Preparing for the little one's arrival," she captioned the photo on Instagram.
In June, the 32-year-old's famous older sister, Paris Hilton, hosted a baby shower for Nicky at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York in a suite where the two are said to have grown up. "Makes me so happy to see my sister so happy, beautiful, & glowing. So excited for her starting her new family," Paris wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a photo of the two sisters.
Hilton and Rothschild tied the knot during a lavish ceremony at Kensington Palace in London on July 10, 2015, making Lily's arrival just two days before the couple's first wedding anniversary.
