SAN FRANCISCO, July 5 (UPI) -- The cast of Fuller House celebrated Andrea Barber's birthday over July Fourth weekend while filming Season 2 of the hit Netflix series. "The Tanners finally remembered my birthday (this Sunday) and surprised me with a cake on set today...and it wasn't made of hashbrowns this time! #FullerHouse #BestFamilyEver," the actress wrote on Instagram alongside stars Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier.

The caption is in reference to an original episode of Full House in which the Tanner family forgot about Kimmy's (Barber) birthday and hurried to make a last minute cake made of hash browns.
Also on Sunday, Bure and Sweetin accompanied Barber to a 4-mile birthday run and shared on Instagram a photo of the trio in workout attire and colorful socks jumping up in the air after crossing the finish line. "Birthday Fun Run!! We die it!! #SheWolfPack," Bure wrote.
Production on Fuller House Season 2 began in June. The Full House spinoff first premiered on Netflix in February and was renewed for a second season shortly after. The series follows D.J. Tanner (Bure) as she raises her three sons with the help of her family and friends.
