NEW YORK, June 29 (UPI) -- Leslie Jones has taken to social media to slam designers who were not willing to dress her for the upcoming red carpet premiere of Ghostbusters.

"It's so funny how there are no designers wanting to help me with a premiere dress for movie. Hmmm that will change and I remember everything," Jones wrote on Twitter Tuesday.

The comedian then received a reply from Project Runway alum Christian Siriano, known for designing dresses for actresses of all body types including Danielle Brooks, Christina Hendricks, and Sarah Hyland.

After exchanging emojis on Twitter, Jones wrote back to Siriano "YAAAAAASSSSSS."

"I love Leslie and can't wait to make her something fabulous to wear. I dress and support women of all ages and sizes," Siriano noted to Time, confirming that he would be indeed designing Jones a red carpet gown.

"Hmm what a difference a tweet makes. Should I name the designers that didn't look out?Put y'all [expletive] on blast. You will not get my love later," Jones followed up on Twitter.

Jones' Ghostbusters co-star Melissa McCarthy has voiced her disappointment in the past about fashion designers as well, previously noting to Redbook that many designers were not open to making her a dress for the Oscars.

Ghostbusters, directed by Paul Feig and also starring Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Chris Hemsworth, opens in theaters July 15.
