LOS ANGELES, June 17 (UPI) -- A series of new posters for Tim Burton's upcoming fantasy film Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children provided a look at some of the films cast in their costumes.

Eva Green who stars as the matriarch of the orphanage, Miss Peregrine, can be seen standing in front of the home dressed in all black while wielding a crossbow.

Also seen holding a crossbow is Asa Butterfield, as the film's protagonist Jake, who is surrounded by large shadowy figures he'll likely have to face as he works to protect the orphanage and learn about his own abilities.

Samuel L. Jackson can be seen sporting a sinister smile as Barron, a character that was not featured in the original book series and the film's apparent antagonist.
