LOS ANGELES, June 9 (UPI) -- Anna Faris got some help preparing for her "back-up" career as a pro-wrestler from her husband Chris Pratt and real-life pro Dave Bautista.

Faris posted an Instagram video documenting their private class Wednesday, showing Pratt learning how to place his wife in a difficult pose that would end in a head slam.

Luckily, hard wood floors kept Pratt from following through with the move and instead of doing so, the Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 actor playfully grabbed his wife's chest.

"We're on hard wood floors," Faris is heard saying in the video while being held upside down. "This is a horrible idea."

In the caption of her Instagram video showing Bautista coaching the couple, Faris wrote, "My back-up plan: professional wrestler trained by @davebautista and @prattprattpratt @unqualified so lucky I didn't break my neck-thanks guys!"

Faris, the host of the podcast Anna Faris Is Unqualified, and her Hollywood movie star husband married in 2009 after meeting on set of Take Me Home Tonight in 2007. They have one child, Jack, together.
