Channing Tatum, LL Cool J attending business class at Harvard

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 3 (UPI) -- Magic Mike star actor Channing Tatum and a handful of other celebrities are taking business courses at Harvard University.

Tatum was the subject of Thursday's "first ever 'live case' in Professor Anita Elberse's Harvard Business School Executive Education Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports program," the University announced on its Facebook page. "Participants shared ideas to help him innovate in the film industry."

The 22 Jump Street star is being joined in class by actor LL Cool J and NBA players Pau Gasol and Chris Paul, Entertainment reported.

According to Harvard's Facebook page, the course is part of the Executive Education Business of Education, Media, and Sports program taught by Elberse.

"So yeah, this is happening," Elberse tweeted along with photos of the "four legends" taking her class.

Natalie Portman, Matt Damon, Rashida Jones, and Conan O'Brien are some of the other celebrities who've studied at Harvard.

"You're never too cool to learn," LL Cool J tweeted, announcing that he was taking classes at Harvard.
