Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen celebrate Mother's Day

LOS ANGELES, May 9 (UPI) -- Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen were among the famous moms who celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday.

The 35-year-old reality star and 30-year-old model were honored by their respective spouses, Kanye West and John Legend. Kardashian is mom to 2-year-old daughter North and 5-month-old son Saint, while Teigen is mother to 3-week-old daughter Luna.

West treated Kardashian to a private orchestra performance in their home, with the ensemble playing songs from Annie and North's favorite movie, Frozen. Kardashian shared clips on Snapchat, while West wished his late mom a happy Mother's Day on Twitter.

"Thank you for watching over our family. Nori and Kim say happy Mother's Day... And Saint smiled," the 38-year-old rapper wrote to his mom, Donda West, who died in 2007 at age 58.

Teigen and Legend, meanwhile, celebrated by cooking a brunch of scrambled eggs, chicken and waffles and roasted bacon. Legend posted a sweet message to Teigen on Instagram, along with a new photo of the model with baby Luna.

"To my wonderful wife, @chrissyteigen. Luna and I are so lucky to have you in our lives. If our daughter can be even half as awesome as you, I will be so happy and proud. Happy 1st Mother's Day!" the 37-year-old singer wrote.

Kardashian and West and Teigen and Legend are close friends who recently appeared together on Khloe Kardashian's talk show, Kocktails with Khloe. Kardashian hosted Teigen's baby shower and gave the first-time mom advice throughout her pregnancy.
