LONDON, May 9 (UPI) -- Idris Elba and Naiyana Garth reunited on the red carpet for the 2016 BAFTA Television Awards.
The 43-year-old British actor and Garth attended the awards ceremony Sunday at the Royal Festival Hall in London three months after their reported split.
Elba and Garth were all smiles as they posed for photos, with the actor in a Tom Ford tuxedo and Garth in a shimmering black and gold gown. The pair were casually affectionate, with Elba wrapping his arm around the makeup artist.
The Luther star and Garth were rumored to have split in February after over two years of dating. The pair share 2-year-old son Winston, while Elba is also dad to 14-year-old daughter Asan with ex-wife Kim Norgaard.
Elba was nominated for Best Leading Actor for Luther, but lost to Mark Rylance in Wolf Hall. Wolf Hall also won Best Drama Series, while Doctor Foster actress Suranne Jones beat Wolf Hall's Claire Foy for Best Leading Actress.
"Unfortunately, I've lost my voice over the past two days, so I'm a little bit nervous if I should win, I won't have much to say," Elba said on the red carpet before addressing James Bond speculation, "It's the biggest rumor in the world. Who knows."
Elba plays Detective John Luther on Luther, which completed a fourth season in December. The actor will voice Fluke in Finding Dory before appearing in Star Trek Beyond and an adaptation of Stephen King series The Dark Tower.
