LOS ANGELES, April 20 (UPI) -- The Blacklist star Megan Boone and Dan Estabrook recently welcomed their first child. The 32-year-old actress announced she gave birth to a daughter last week in an Instagram post Tuesday. Boone and her artist fiancé named their baby girl Caroline.

"Home, blessed by the birth of our daughter, Caroline Boone Estabrook 5:33am on April 15, 2016 Love, Megan + Dan," she captioned a photo of the infant.
Boone thanked fans for their "continued love and support" when she announced her pregnancy in November. The actress later revealed she and Estabrook are engaged on Live! with Kelly and Michael in January.
"We definitely were in it for the long haul when we made a human," she joked of her engagement. "The coolest thing about pregnancy for me is that your body just craves what it wants, and then also, you can be like, 'I'm just going to eat this because I'm pregnant.'"
"We have a lot of really big twists and turns coming up," she said of her NBC series, The Blacklist. "There are ways to cover up pregnancy. A lot of women have done it, [including] Kerry Washington and Julia Louis-Dreyfus."
Boone plays Elizabeth Keen on The Blacklist, which airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. The series incorporated the actress' pregnancy by having Liz give birth to a daughter on the April 14 episode, which also saw the character appear to die.
