The 18-year-old aspiring actress had "Queen of My Heart" inked in her dad's handwriting on her left wrist and shared a photo of the tattoo on Instagram.
"'Queen of My Heart' in his handwriting. To everyone else he was the King of Pop. To me, well, he was the king of my heart. Thank you @dermagraphink you're a legend," she wrote.
Jackson was accompanied by her cousin Austin Brown, who is the son of singer Rebbie Jackson and the late Nathaniel Brown. Rebbie Jackson is Michael Jackson's eldest sibling and performed with him on The Jacksons.
"Paris Michael Jackson got her tattoo today, letters from her father, so sweet. #parisjackson and Austin Brown her cousin," tattoo artist Justin Lewis wrote.
Jackson is the daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe and sister to 19-year-old Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., aka Prince, and 14-year-old Prince Michael Jackson, aka Blanket. She most recently made headlines for revealing she's in Alcoholics Anonymous.
"This is ridiculous," she wrote of public scrutiny in February. "I have AA meetings to go to. Family obligations. Personal obligations. It's so selfish that I am literally attacked on every thing I post."
"The expectations for my dad were ridiculous," she said. "He didn't owe you anything, yet he was ripped to shreds daily. I will not let that happen to me."
Michael Jackson died of drug-induced cardiac arrest at age 50 in 2009. Jackson has since appeared on Oprah's Next Chapter and will reportedly star as Lundon O'Malley in the movie Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys.
