GAINESVILLE, Ga., March 29 (UPI) -- Luke Walsh is being held in a Georgia jail on $1,300 bail for his role in a brawl with comedian Katt Williams.
TMZ said Walsh, 17, was booked Monday afternoon.
Police in Gainesville confirmed arrest warrants were issued for both men after they were charged with disorderly conduct.
Williams' attorney has been contacted about having the 42-year-old entertainer turn himself in to authorities, but he has not yet done so.
Cellphone video of the altercation went viral last week.
The Los Angeles Times said the fight happened after Williams joined a pickup soccer game at an apartment complex.
"They both played roles in this altercation. They both should have known. You'd think Mr. Williams, [a person] of his age, would know better than to pick a fight with a 17-year-old, but they both played active roles in this case," Gainesville Police Capt. Kevin Holbroke told WSB-TV.
