Hilary Swank engaged to Ruben Torres

LOS ANGELES, March 23 (UPI) -- Hilary Swank is engaged to former professional tennis player Ruben Torres.

The Million Dollar Baby actress, 41, shared the news Tuesday on Instagram with a photo of herself holding up her ring alongside Torres. The couple has been romantically linked since July of last year.

"Went on a hike and this happened! I am so happy to announce the engagement to my dear Ruben," Swank wrote in the caption of her photo.

Torres, a native Colombian, now works as a financial advisor for UBS Financial Services, he is also a tennis coach, according to People.

Swank was married once before, to Chad Lowe, before their divorce in 2007.
