LONDON, March 22 (UPI) -- Luke Evans, Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman flaunted their musical skills during a Beauty and the Beast-themed sing off on The Jonathan Ross Show.

Evans -- who plays Gaston in Disney's upcoming live-action version of the classic fairytale -- and the stars of Eddie The Eagle took turns to show off their best version of the "burly and brawny" villain over the weekend.

The men swung large beer steins as they sang in the group performance, which saw Evans and Jackman producing lively, competitive solos to lyrics like, "In a wrestling match nobody bites like Gaston," and "And every last inch of me is covered in hair."

Egerton took over the role of Gaston's sidekick LeFou, rightly bursting into song before the rest of the stars were ready. Host Jonathan Ross likened the actor to Mariah Carey for "taking over."

The impromptu karaoke performance marks a rare sneak peak into 2017's Beauty and the Beast, which also stars Emma Watson as Belle, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere and Dan Stevens as Beast.
