CHICAGO, March 11 (UPI) -- Oprah Winfrey is showing off the pounds she's shed since becoming part owner of Weight Watchers on the latest cover of O Magazine.

The reveal for the magazine's April issue features the television mogul sharing the cover along with nine other women "who are on the same journey that I am," she explains.

"This month I join forces with a legion of women, all of us declaring a win-win for our bodies and ourselves," Winfrey says within the issue. "Because I know this for sure: With age comes the understanding and appreciation of your most important asset, your health."

"Our April 2016 cover marks the first time @Oprah has EVER shared the cover with readers," marks the Winfrey-owned magazine's official Twitter account alongside the cover.

"Oprah absolutely feels that all the best things in life are shared," O Magazine editor-in-chief Lucy Kaylin mentioned to Today. "So this is really nothing new for her to want to get her arms around the experiences of other people."

Winfrey's weight loss journey began back in August when she signed up to use the Weight Watchers program. The 62-year-old has since lost over 26 pounds and as a result, bought a 10 percent stake in the company in October as membership numbers and stock prices dwindled. The news caused Weight Watchers stock to rise.

"Inside every overweight woman is a woman she knows she can be. Many times you look in the mirror and you don't even recognize your own self because you got lost, buried in the weight that you carry," Winfrey says in a commercial ad for Weight Watchers after becoming the company's spokesperson in December.

"Nothing you've ever been through is wasted. So every time I tried and failed, every time I tried again, and every time I tried again, has brought me to this most powerful moment to say, 'If not now, when?' I feel that way, and I know millions of other people feel that way. Are you ready? Let's do this together," she continues.
