Apryl Jones and Omarion welcome their second child

LOS ANGELES, March 7 (UPI) -- Apryl Jones and boyfriend Omarion welcomed their second child Monday morning.

The 29-year-old reality star and 31-year-old singer announced their daughter's birth on social media but have yet to reveal her name.

"Now you know why I'm in a such good mood? It's because I had my daughter this morning," Omarion said in a Snapchat video. Jones followed up by tweeting, "Blessings! Thanks for all the love! Baby girl is here!"

Jones and Omarion have been together since 2012 and welcomed their first child, son Megaa Omari, in 2014. Jones had shared a photo of Megaa cuddling up to her baby bump last week on Instagram.

"[Fatherhood] is awesome," Omarion told Hot 97 in June. "It is the best thing that's ever happened to me. You know, a lot of fathers say this -- and I'll go ahead and stand in the line -- but it keeps things in perspective."

"It's hard when you're working on wanting to be good or great at anything," he said. "But with a child, it's like... it gives you a sense of, 'You know what? I can do all of this work, but at the end of the day, it's for him.' So that's what it's all about for me now."

Jones and Omarion starred on two seasons of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood but will not return on the VH1 reality series in the fall. Omarion last released Sex Playlist in 2014 and will release his sixth studio album, Reasons, this year.
