Josh Hutcherson to play lead in Seth Rogen comedy pilot

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Hunger Games actor Josh Hutcherson will headline an upcoming Hulu pilot called Future Man, a comedy series from Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg.

The Mockingjay: Part 2 star will reportedly play Josh Futturman, a janitor and world-class gamer who is visited by extraterrestrial characters who convince him to travel back in time to help save the world.

Written by Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir and executive produced by Rogen, Goldberg, James Weaver and Matt Tolmach, the 30-minute Hulu original is being handled by Sony Pictures TV.

Hutherson's production company, Turkeyfoot, is also producing, according to Deadline.
