LOS ANGELES, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Bella Hadid and The Weeknd made their red carpet debut as a couple Monday.

The 19-year-old model and 26-year-old singer attended the 2016 Grammy Awards, where The Weeknd, born Abel Tesfaye, was nominated for seven awards, including Album of the Year.

The couple stunned in matching all-black ensembles, with Hadid in a shimmering, plunging gown with cutout detail and The Weeknd in a tuxedo and bowtie. The pair were casually affectionate as they posed for photos.

"This is YOUR day baby! I'm so proud of you. I feel so lucky to be by your side," Hadid wrote on Instagram.

The Weeknd lost Album of the Year to Taylor Swift, but walked away with Best Urban Contemporary Album for Beauty Behind the Madness and Best R&B Performance for "Earned It." Swift, Ed Sheeran and Meghan Trainor won other top awards of the night.

"Unbelieveable night. Thank you to everyone that was a part of this experience. XO #TheGrammys," The Weeknd tweeted following the ceremony.

Hadid and The Weeknd have been linked since spring 2015 and later collaborated on the singer's "In the Night" music video. The couple were rumored to have split in December, but a source recently told E! News the pair going strong.

"They have many things in common and really enjoyed each other's company," an insider said. "She loves his music as well. They are hanging out for sure now."

Hadid is daughter to Mohamed Hadid and Real Housewives star Yolanda Foster and sister to Gigi Hadid. She has modeled for Balmain, Marc Jacobs and Moschino, while The Weeknd last released Beauty Behind the Madness in August.
