LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- After two years of marriage, actress and director Rose McGowan has filed for divorce from her husband, Davey Detail. According to court papers obtained by TMZ, the former Charmed actress, 42, cited "irreconcilable differences," for the split.

McGowan is also reportedly asking the court to reject any of her artist husband's claims for spousal support.
People reports court documents say the couple separated in May 2015. McGowan and Detail, 39, first wed in October 2013.
The actress last made headlines in November when she defended her public criticism of Caitlyn Jenner's Woman of the Year Award acceptance speech, in which the Keeping Up With The Kardashians personality joked the "hardest part about being a woman is figuring out what to wear."
Directly after the speech, McGowan claimed Jenner didn't know the first thing about what being a woman is like. She urged Jenner to "learn that we have had a VERY different experience than your life of male privilege...Being a woman comes with a lot of baggage."
In defense of those comments, McGowan asserted she was "not nor will I ever be, transphobic. The idea is laughable. Disliking something a trans person has said is no different than disliking something a man has said or a woman has said. Being trans doesn't make one immune from criticism."
