BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Nikki Bella will eventually be able to compete again inside a WWE ring, according to her sister Brie Bella.
"Nikki is doing great, she's in such good spirits and the best thing that the doctors could tell us is that eventually, not anytime soon, Nikki can get back in the ring," Brie said during WWE's internet exclusive Raw Fallout.
Brie also mentioned how she hopes her victory over the reigning champ will lead to a rematch for the Divas championship, a title Nikki held for a record breaking 301 days before she lost it to Charlotte back in September at Night of Champions.
"I just hope that I get put into that title picture so I can take that title right off her, take that little chip of arrogance off her shoulder and show her what a real champion looks like because Nikki showed us all," Brie said.
During Nikki's recovery, Charlotte has repeatedly called out the Total Divas star on-air and on social media for being sidelined due to her injury, leading possibly to a feud between the two rivals once Nikki returns.
As Brie celebrated her victory and paid homage to her recovering sister, Charlotte responded on Twitter saying, "Cute selfie. Enjoy the victory, the next time you get in MY ring you won't be so lucky...#BowDown."
"Champ, remember who's ring it was 1st. Pray I don't heal quick so I won't have 2 kick ur butt..again!," Nikki quickly retorted.
While recuperating at home, E! News caught up with the 32-year-old Monday to discuss her recovery and how her injury will prevent her from performing her devastating finishing maneuver, The Rack Attack, ever again.
"I've been told by doctors to never do that again," she explained. "The girls in the future better watch out for my killer forearm because I might not be hitting them with the 'Rack Attack,' but I'll definitely be hitting them with that forearm."
A timetable has not been given for Nikki Bella's return, but she can still be seen on Total Divas every Tuesday at 9 p.m. on E!.
