LOS ANGELES, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- After two years of separation, the divorce between actress Hilary Duff and NHL star Mike Comrie has been finalized.

As part of the agreement, the Younger actress, 28, will reportedly remain the owner of the couple's Beverly Hills mansion, although Comrie will receive his monetary share of the property, totaling in $2,408,786.

Reports say the former hockey player, 35, will keep a Bentley coupe and Mercedes Benz G-Class SUV as well as a collection of jewelry.

The two exes will also co-parent their 3-year-old son Luca, with neither of them receiving child support.

News of the divorce's finalization comes soon after Duff confirmed the former couple's status as separated, despite an ongoing close friendship.

"We have such a great kid and we're both so obsessed with him," Duff told television host Ellen DeGeneres in late January. "We are good friends and we laugh a lot. We have a great communication -- we share pictures and stories...He's great, we're great, and we keep on trucking."
