The British rock band Coldplay is scheduled to provide the musical entertainment during the game's halftime show.

More than 118.5 million viewers tuned in for last year's Super Bowl, when New England defeated Seattle, and set the record for the most-watched television program in history.

The Denver Broncos will play the Carolina Panthers Sunday in the NFL championship game, which will be played at the new Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., just south of San Francisco.
