NEW YORK, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Lil Wayne is being sued once more, and this time by his former legal representative Michael Kramer.

The rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter, is accused of failing to pay $375,239 in legal bills from a lawsuit between himself and Cash Money Records in 2013. Carter was billed regularly between Nov. 2014 and Oct. 2015 to no avail, XXL reports.

The lawsuit states Kramer "made numerous attempts to resolve the dispute amicably," but they were not effective.

In November, valuables from the No Ceilings 2 rapper's Miami estate were seized by authorities over another lawsuit filed by jet leasing company Signature Group. Wayne failed to pay the company an initially agreed-upon amount and was also ordered to pay $200,000 in legal fees as well, reports say.

XXL adds Carter was ultimately ordered to pay $2 million to Signature Group, but was later sued by his attorneys from the Garbett, Allen and Roza firm for more unpaid fees.

Amid the legal troubles, Carter has reportedly driven his finances to more charitable causes than his own debt. Through a partnership with Karen Civil, Trukfit and Scholastic, the rapper reportedly donated about 500 brand new outfits from his clothing line to children in Haiti for the holidays.

"A lot of people tend to forget about those who are less fortunate during the holiday season, not many understand how receiving just one item could bring so much joy to a child's life," he is quoted as saying in a press release obtained by BET. "I'm just grateful to be able to give back to Haiti in any way possible."
