LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Salma Hayek shared a makeup-free selfie Tuesday on Instagram. The 49-year-old actress impressed fans with her natural good looks in the photo, writing, "Wet hair, no make up, no filter, no retouch, but very good light. #hair #nomakeup #nofilter #noretouch #light."

Hayek, who was honored with the Decade of Hotness Award at the Spike Guys' Choice Awards in June, told reporters she embraces the label, saying, "You really like to be 'hot' after you're 40.'" She previously discussed aging as a woman with the Guardian in March.
"The amount of pressure on women now, it's crazy," she said. "You have to be much better than your male colleagues ... And you still have to be a good wife and mother. And now you also have to be skinny, and you have to look 20 when you're 40. It's too much. We need to stop with the crazy expectations, give ourselves a break."
"I'm done with it," she told Yahoo! Beauty of Hollywood standards in May. "That's why I live in Europe ... I married a fantastic man that makes me feel like I don't care if things get worse in my life because he is so wonderful."
Hayek and husband Francois-Henri Pinault married in 2009, and share 8-year-old daughter Valentina. The actress will next star in Drunk Parents with former 30 Rock co-star Alec Baldwin, and voice Teresa Taco in the animated comedy Sausage Party.
