LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Season 6 of Dance Moms will include nods to instructor Abby Lee Miller's fraud charges, the new trailer suggests.
Uploaded on Dec. 11, the Lifetime reality show teaser features not only Miller breaking down over bankruptcy fraud charges from the federal government, but lesser drama including the possibility of all Miller's students moving to a different studio.
The latest season of Dance Moms will premier on Jan. 5 and also include the expected clashes between Miller and parents of a new dance group.
In October, the Department of Justice released a statement revealing Miller faced 20 counts of fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. If found guilty, she could face five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
