LOS ANGELES, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Michael Weatherly has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence in Hollywood.
TMZ reported Thursday police stopped the NCIS cast member for speeding earlier this month and determined his blood alcohol content was over the legal limit.
The 47-year-old actor spent nearly 15 hours locked up before he was released and was charged last week with two counts of DUI. This reportedly is his first offense.
If convicted, Weatherly faces a maximum of six months in jail and $1,000 in fines.
