LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Carrie Underwood has incorporated her 9-month-old son into her regular workouts. The award-winning country star shared a video clip on Instagram Tuesday showing herself doing squats with her son, Isaiah, in her arms.

"Sometimes we just have to make it work!" she wrote as the caption, adding hashtags including "#fitmom."
The 32-year-old "Smoke Break" singer shared another photo toward the end of her workout featuring her baby's hand groping her nose. She wrote, "When your post-workout stretch turns you into a human jungle gym."
Underwood, who will be headlining New Year's Rockin' Eve this year alongside host Ryan Seacrest, recently discussed her love for her son on the red carpet. During the 2015 American Music Awards this week, Underwood said Isaiah is "the best thing that me or my husband ever did -- he's amazing."
"At the end of the day, no matter what, I'm a mom. No matter how things go tonight -- if I win, if I lose, if I do great in my performance, if I don't -- I still get to go home to him."
