SANTA ROSA, Calif., Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Celebrity chef Guy Fieri snapped back at Anthony Bourdain's recent public criticism against him.

Speaking with GQ magazine, the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives personality said it's "disappointing," the Parts Unknown host has made frequent quips at his expense.

"I don't like him making fun of people, and I don't like him talking [expletive]," Fieri told the magazine. "And he's never talked [expletive] to my face. I know he's definitely gotta have issues, 'cos the average person doesn't behave that way."

Over the summer, Bourdain told Atlanta magazine he "wonders" about Fieri. "He's 52-years-old and still rolling around in the flame outfit," he said of the California-based chef, who is actually 47. "What does he do? How does Guy Fieri de-douche?"

During the same interview, the Kitchen Confidential author commended Ina Garten, saying she is one of the "few people on Food Network who can actually cook."
