NEW YORK, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Victoria Beckham and son Brooklyn Beckham attended the 2015 Glamour Women of the Year Awards on Monday. The 41-year-old English designer was honored at the ceremony for her contributions to fashion and philanthrophy. Beckham praised husband David Beckham in her acceptance speech after her 16-year-old son presented her with her award.

"Running a business, my work with UNAIDS and most importantly, being a mom, wouldn't be possible without David," she said. "Not only is he the most incredible father, but he is supportive and someone who loves and inspires me every single day."
Beckham was named a UNAIDS goodwill ambassador in September 2014, and has helped to raise millions of dollars for HIV and AIDS charities. She also continues to oversee her fashion empire, and is worth an estimated $317 million.
Reality star and transgender advocate Caitlyn Jenner, actress and producer Reese Witherspoon and ballerina Misty Copeland were also honored. Glamour editor-in-chief Cindi Leive said the magazine was "thrilled" to celebrate the honorees' passion.
Beckham and David Beckham married in 1999, and also share 13-year-old son Romeo, 10-year-old son Cruz and 4-year-old daughter Harper. The designer later thanked Brooklyn on social media, writing, "Thank you for making last night so special for me. I love u and I'm so proud of u."
