Blake Lively shows off post-baby body in bikini

LORD HOWE ISLAND, Australia, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Blake Lively astonished with her post-baby body Wednesday in Australia.

The 28-year-old American actress was spotted in a bikini on The Shallows set on Lord Howe Island. Lively looked healthy and incredibly fit less than a year after giving birth to daughter James.

"This is way beyond having her just look great in a bikini," the star's trainer, Don Saladino, told People magazine. "That's important, but it's about keeping her energy level high and making sure that, day in and day out when she's shooting this film, her recovery is optimal."

"What she did was very doable," he insisted. "We weren't in [the gym] for three, four, five hours a day. It was max an hour. Maybe a couple of special days it went over a little bit, but the reality is she has a baby, and she's a working woman."

Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds married in September 2012, and welcomed James in December 2014. The actress told the BBC in May she feels pressure to lose her baby weight, but qualified she isn't "obsessing" about shedding pounds.

"I still haven't lost a pretty good chunk of it, but it's also the pressure -- who cares?" she said. "There's pressure to lose it, or women are like supposed to look like they did when they were 19 right after you give birth to your child. I think it's silly."

Lively will star with Oscar Jaenada in The Shallows, which opens in theaters June 24, 2016. The actress is also slated for an upcoming Woody Allen movie with Kristen Stewart and All I See is You with Jason Clarke.
