SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Days of Our Lives star Casey Allen Moss faces assault charges after attempting to punch a bartender in Scottsdale, Ariz., according to reports.
Moss was in handcuffs early Monday morning inside a bar at the W Hotel, after starting an argument with the bartender, who cut him off for the night. The actor grew more violent after he attempted to punch the bartender, but missed. Moss then pushed a member of the staff before being brought down by the bouncer according to ABC 15.
Once in handcuffs, the 21-year-old yelled "I'm Casey Moss and I'm an actor on Days of Our Lives." He also cursed and yelled at hotel staff police say.
Moss was released from jail Tuesday and is now scheduled to be in court for an arraignment on Nov. 2. The soap opera star faces charges of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Moss was in Scottsdale for a book singing for Days of Our Lives 50 Years by Greg Meng, which hit bookshelves on Tuesday.
