LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Rob Kardashian was recently spotted for the first time in months as sister Khloé Kardashian returns to Los Angeles with her estranged husband Lamar Odom. The private 28-year-old former reality star was seen driving around in Khloé's velvet Range Rover Monday, after it was announced that Odom's condition was improving and that he would be transferred to a Los Angeles area hospital with Khloé by his side.

As previously reported, Odom has been hospitalized since Oct. 13, after he was found unconscious inside a brothel outside of Las Vegas. He was rushed to a hospital and placed on life support where he was reportedly close to death.
Rob who hasn't been seen or photographed in months did not travel to Las Vegas with other members of the Kardashian clan, but did offer Odom some well wishes on Instagram referring to the former NBA star as his "brother."
"Praying nonstop for my Brother!!" he wrote alongside a photo of the two hugging.
Back in August, Rob made his official return to social media posting a selfie highlighting his slimmer look since his reported weight gain from earlier in the year.
Recently, singer and ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon, denied rumors that she was dating the famous Kardashian again after breaking off her engagement with Lenny Santiago.
