Ariel Winter shows off curves post-breast reduction surgery

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14 (UPI) -- Ariel Winter showed off her new curves at her cousin's wedding Sunday.

The 17-year-old actress, who underwent a breast reduction surgery in June, stunned in a form-fitting nude dress at the ceremony.

"My Czech shmooey spending a weekend with us Greeks for the wedding," she captioned a photo of herself with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette.

Winter revealed she went from a 32F cup size to a 34D in an August interview with Glamour. The actress, who is 5'1", told the magazine she endured countless stares and physical pain before deciding to have the surgery.

"[My breasts were] pretty much all I was known for and that upset me," she said. "It made me feel really uncomfortable because as women in the industry, we are totally over-sexualized and treated like objects ... That's all people would recognize me by, not, 'Oh, she does great work on Modern Family.'"

Winter plays Alex Dunphy on Modern Family, which airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. She also voices the title character on animated series Sophia the First, which broadcasts on Disney Junior. She and Gaudette have been together for two years.
