LOS ANGELES, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- Rapper Tyga prompted rumors he's secretly engaged to girlfriend Kylie Jenner with a Snapchat video in which he utters "It's just me, my fiancee and the dog I just got."

"I don't [expletive] with nobody," Tyga, birth name Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, said in the video recorded by Jenner. "It's just me, my fiancee, the dog I just got...nobody."

However, the 25-year-old musician was simply mimicking a popular Instagram video where another man says the same lines during an interview. "I don't [expletive] with nobody," the interviewee says in the video. "It's just me, my homies, my fiancee, my little puppy I just got," he adds.

A source told E! News the rapper and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star are actually not engaged, and the rapper was making a joke. However, fans have been keeping a close eye on the couple's serious romance since Jenner turned 18.

In April, a 17-year-old Jenner told Teen Vogue she's ready to grow up when she becomes of age. "I'm ready to live on my own. It's a really big step, but I'm ready," she said.
