Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner expecting third child

NEW YORK, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner are expecting their third child.

The 33-year-old designer revealed the news with the help of 4-year-old daughter Arabella and 1-year-old son Joseph on Thursday. "I'm beyond excited to announce that Baby No. 3 will be arriving this Spring!" she wrote on Twitter.

"Arabella and Joseph are both incredibly excited to have a new sibling on the way (of course, Arabella desperately wants a baby girl and Joseph hopes it's a boy!" she shared on her website. "I wanted them to join me in making the announcement."

Trump and Kushner have been together since 2007, and married in October 2009. The couple welcomed Arabella in July 2011, and Joseph followed in October 2013. The busy mom told People last year she takes time to have a lunch date with her daughter every week.

The designer is the second eldest child of Donald Trump and Ivana Trump, and sister to Donald Trump, Jr., and Eric Trump. Her father offered his congratulations on Twitter, writing, "So happy about my daughter @IvankaTrump's announcement that she will be having a baby this spring."

Trump is the executive vice president of development and acquisitions at The Trump Organization, and oversees her Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry and Lifestyle Collection lines. She appeared on seasons 5 and 6 of The Apprentice and season 7 of The Celebrity Apprentice.
