LOS ANGELES, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Nikki Bella gushed about boyfriend John Cena in an E! News interview published Wednesday. The 31-year-old WWE Divas wrestler opened up about her relationship with the 38-year-old WWE champion, revealing she and Cena keep their romance alive by making time for date night every week.

"We sit there and communicate and it's like falling love all over again every week," she shared. "Every time I come home, he'll always have a dozen roses and a card waiting for me. It never gets old. It's truly amazing."
"He truly is my knight in shining armor," she said. "I definitely think in the future people will be surprised where we end up because I'm seeing him more open to marriage. At least we're taking steps forward, and I honestly couldn't imagine my life without him."
The pair have been together since 2012, and are considered a power couple in the WWE world. Bella and her twin sister, Brie Bella, have starred on E! reality series Total Divas since 2013, with Cena making appearances on all four seasons.
Bella and her sister were signed to the WWE as the Bella Twins in 2007, and are both former WWE Divas champions. Cena has been with the organization since 2001, and is the current WWE U.S. champion, having won his fifth title Sept. 20.
