LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Kris and Caitlyn Jenner finally settled their differences and decided to move on as friends Sunday during the finale of I Am Cait.

During their one-on-one conversation, the 65-year-old former olympian confronted the 59-year-old television personality about not being invited to daughter Kylie Jenner's graduation.

"It wasn't me making that decision, it was you making that decision," Caitlyn told Kris. "I was so disappointed in everybody. For 15 years of my life I carpooled kids every day ... [it's] a slap in the face when you don't even get invited to their graduation."

"Listen, usually people that get a divorce don't do everything together," Kris responded.

However the pair decided to end things on a friendlier note with Kris even inviting Caitlyn over for some drinks. When Cait asked for a shopping date, the reality star said "let's not get carried away."

The episode and the series ended with Caitlyn holding a renaming ceremony as she officially put Bruce Jenner in the past. The event was highlighted by a performance from singer Boy George.

"The last few months for me have been the most amazing months of my life," Caitlyn said tearfully. "I'm at a great place in life, and for the first time I feel like I fit in someplace being my authentic self."

Now that I Am Cait has wrapped up, Caitlyn Jenner will next have to deal with possibly being charged for misdemeanor manslaughter stemming from a fatal car accident back in February. If convicted, Jenner could face jail time.
