ABERDEENSHIRE, Scotland, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Kate Middleton debuted a new haircut while driving with Prince William on Sunday.

The 33-year-old Duchess of Cambridge was spotted with freshly-cut, side-swept bangs as she and her husband made their way to Crathie Kirk church. The royal couple have been staying with Queen Elizabeth at Balmoral Castle since last week.

The princess previously sported a similar style in 2012. Her haircut and fashion choices continue to garner significant public interest, and her outfits often sell out in stores following appearances.

The Duchess of Cambridge will resume her full royal duties this week, with a visit to the Anna Freud Centre family school planned for Thursday. She and Prince William welcomed their second child, daughter Princess Charlotte, in May.

"Over the next few months the duchess will be concentrating on children's mental health and promote the early intervention message and help prevent family breakdown," a source told People magazine.
