LOS ANGELES, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- While attending the NYX Face Awards Sunday, former Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne attacked Giuliana Rancic for the backlash she's received since appearing on The View.
"If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?" the star asked. When host Rosie Perez pointed out Latino's "are not the only people to do that," Osbourne clarified, "Come on, you know I would never mean it like that."
Osbourne apologized, but has faced harsh criticisms on social media. When asked why she has gotten such negative responses, Osbourne told Us Weekly, "Do you know why? Because of people like Giuliana Rancic."
"Don't blame me for other people's mistakes. I wasn't edited," Osbourne said in relation to the toilet cleaning joke. "It wasn't a premeditated attack. And if I watched it, I would hate me too. So I have no problem, and I would do whatever I have to, to make it right. But don't compare me to her," referring to Rancic.
The feud between Osbourne and Rancic started back in February, when Osbourne left Fashion Police after Rancic made comments about actress Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks, saying" "I feel like she smells like patchouli oil and weed." Shortly afterwards the show was cancelled but now the E Network is bringing it back again with Rancic.
When speaking to Wrap about the new revival of Fashion Police and whether or not she would return, Osbourne responded with "If certain people weren't there."
She continued, "I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar."
