HOLLYWOOD, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- The Oprah Winfrey Network launched their first retail site, the O store Friday with exclusive Oprah merchandise up for sale.

The store offers a variety of items ranging from jewelry, cosmetics and even frozen gourmet food. In terms of clothing, the online store will feature select styles from the Peace Love Oprah line made in collaboration with the luxury-lifestyle brand Peace Love World.

The line was available during Oprah's The Life You Want Tour, leaving many fans wanting to purchase the merchandise outside of the event.

"The idea for the store was born out of the fact that we had such an amazing product line — Peace Love Oprah -- that we developed for the tour in collaboration with Peace Love World," said OWN president Erik Logan to The Hollywood Reporter. "We had so many requests about how to get it, that we started thinking about other items that we always heard people were looking for. It's a combination of several existing ideas in a curated experience."

The store also aims to sell Oprah's vast audience online courses that shoppers can purchase and take online. Courses include Rob Bell's Practical Guide to Finding Joy and Meaning in Life, to Iyanla Vanzant's - How to Forgive Everyone for Everything.

Logan says the store will evolve to feature new products but will always "have some form of curation" that allows it to provide handpicked items geared toward OWN audiences.

The O Store is currently open for business.
