LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Gwyneth Paltrow took to Instagram to share a new photo with daughter Apple on Wednesday. The 42-year-old actress posted a picture of her 11-year-old mini-me giving her a kiss on the cheek, writing, "Beach day with my little beauty."

Apple is Paltrow's eldest child by soon-to-be ex-husband and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. The former couple also share nine-year-old son Moses.
Paltrow and Martin had been married over 10 years when they announced they will "consciously uncouple" in March 2014. The actress addressed the high-profile split at her #BlogHer15 conference last week, saying her kids "understand the difference between the inside and outside world."
Paltrow last appeared in Mortdecai with Johnny Depp, and is scheduled for Pablo Picasso biopic 33 dias with Antonio Banderas. The actress also continues to oversee her lifestyle website, Goop, and has been linked to Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk since July 2014.
