NEW YORK, July 16 (UPI) -- Daniel Radcliffe is much more comfortable playing a wizard than he is at playing Nylon magazine's receptionist for an hour.

The Harry Potter actor went undercover and took over the front desk at the magazine's New York City office and was overwhelmed by the task at hand.

Nylon's employees had no idea that the 25-year-old actor would be be taking over the job. Once they realized the British actor has replaced their usual co-worker, they asked for selfies and asked the question everyone else was thinking, "what are you doing here?"

Joe Jonas made an office visit during Radcliffe's experience and was unimpressed by his lack of skill.

An hour of giving out bathroom keys, answering phones and delivering packages was enough for the actor, who appeared on Broadway, to admit this task was "the hardest thing I've ever done."
