LOS ANGELES, July 5 (UPI) -- Diana Douglas Webster has died of cancer in Woodland Hills, Calif. She was 92.
Variety confirmed the Friday death of the Bermudian-born actress, who was Michael Douglas' mother and Kirk Douglas' ex-wife.
The entertainment industry trade newspaper said a memorial service is being planned for her in Los Angeles.
Webster appeared in more than 20 films, including The Indian Fighter, Planes, Trains and Automobiles and the Douglas clan's ensemble picture It Runs in the Family. She also had roles on TV's The West Wing, Days of Our Lives and Roots: The Next Generations.
She was married to screen icon Kirk Douglas 1943-51 and they have two sons, actor Michael and producer Joel. She wed actor Bill Darrid in 1956 and Donald A. Webster 10 years after her second husband's 1992 death.
