Billy Joel marries pregnant girlfriend Alexis Roderick at his Long Island estate

NEW YORK, July 5 (UPI) -- Thrice-divorced rock 'n' roll icon Billy Joel has married for the fourth time.

The 66-year-old musician wed his pregnant, longtime girlfriend Alexis Broderick Saturday night.

Broderick, 33, is a former Morgan Stanley executive.

Joel's publicist confirmed to People magazine the couple "surprised guests at their annual July 4th party by exchanging vows in front of their family and close friends" at their estate on New York's Long Island.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo presided over the service, which was attended by Alexa Rae Joel, the singer's 29-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Christie Brinkley. Comedian Kevin James was also among the guests.

Joel and Broderick have been together since 2009 and are expecting their first child -- a daughter -- this summer.
