Selena Gomez spills details about relationship with Katy Perry, says she "had a thing" with Zedd

AUKLAND, New Zealand, July 1 (UPI) -- Selena Gomez isn't picking sides when it comes to the feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

The "Good For You" singer may have starred in the "Bad Blood" video, Swift's song rumored to be about the "Fireworks" songstress, but she still has nothing but love for Perry.

When Gomez called into New Zealand's radio show, The Edge Afternoons, on Tuesday to play a game called "Tabloid True or False," she gushed about Forbes highest paid female artist.

"Is it true that you called Katy Perry after the 'Bad Blood' video just to make sure she knew that you were acting and you weren't being mean to her?" host Sharyn asked.

"That's false, I love Katy," Gomez responded. "I just talked to her. She's amazing. But I didn't talk about that, but i just talked to her. She's awesome."

Also while on-air, Gomez set the record straight about her relationship status with EDM DJ, Zedd.

"I adore Anton [Zedd] a lot and I definitely had a thing with him, which was nice."
