LOS ANGELES, June 28 (UPI) -- Socialite Paris Hilton admits her unplanned appearance on an Egyptian television prank show was the "scariest moment" of her life.

Hilton and some other unsuspecting victims were set up to think the small plane on which they were passengers was about to crash, Us Weekly reported Sunday.

As alarms blared and the passengers screamed and cried, one man opened the side door of the aircraft, grabbed another person and jumped out.

When the plane finally landed, the passenger seated next to Hilton -- Ramez in Control host Ramez Galal -- told her: "I'm so sorry. I'm a bad guy, I'm a naughty. I am an Egyptian actor. This is a prank show!"

"Scariest moment of my life. I really believed the plane was going to crash & we were all going to die," Hilton tweeted.
